The General Scope of Work for the Project Is as Follows: Provide Design Build Services on Construction of a Metal Building at 2200 North Bryan Avenue, Lamesa, Texas That Will Serve as an Ems Station. Dawson County Hospital District Is Requesting That a Proposal Include 2 (Two) Options: a Stacked Block With Flat Roof and a Traditional Metal Building With a Gable Roof and Constructed I Beams. Dawson County Hospital District Will Evaluate and Rank the Proposals and Select a Design Build Firm in the Manner Required by Law. The Construction Budget for the project is $ 1,500,000.00
