For 24-8 Sullivan Tower Roof Replacement The work is estimated to cost approximately $500,000.00 Location- 140 Colonel Bell Dr. Brockton, MA Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 149, 44A - J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. 149, 26 - 27H. Davis-Bacon wages shall apply. DCAM: Prime/Roofing. Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of the membrane roof and insulation with new membrane roof and increased insulation at 24-8 Sullivan Tower. Work is around and under existing mechanical and leased cellular equipment and gantries. Work will be on and around an occupied building. The work being Roofing it is anticipated that the Roofing Contractor will be the prime contractor. 1. Demolition of existing membrane roof, insulation, and flashings to deck. 2. Installation of new membrane roof, insulation, and flashings on existing deck. 3. All accessories, fasteners, adhesives, terminations, flashings, sealants for a weathertight installation. 4. Support, relocation, reinstallation of existing rooftop utilities including cellular antennas and supports. 5. Miscellaneous flashing, and sealants required for a weathertightinstallation at existing openings and equipment.
