PN-02001722 The Gallatin District #7 Board of Education, will receive HVAC bids for chiller and VAV replacement work at Gallatin School, Junction, IL 62954. A. Work to be Bid: 1. Work to be covered by the base bid shall include: HVAC Contractor: Replace existing chiller with new chiller, replace existing VAV boxes with new, new plumbing and electrical systems, and all associated work. B. Type of Contract: 1. HVAC Contractor C. Bid Requirements. Contractor must pay all sums of money due or to become due for any labor in accordance with Illinois Wages of Employees of Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). Wages printed in the Project Manual are for the month of bidding only. Certified Payroll is required to be submitted with all Pay Applications. 4. Successful bidders will be required to perform and provide criminal background checks on all contractors, subcontractors and their employees, agents, or assigns that will be employed on this project prior to commencement of work, at the Contractors expense. E. Bidding Procedure: 1. No faxed bids will be accepted. 2. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informalities in the bidding. 3. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of Ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner. F. Bidding Schedule: The Owner anticipates all work contemplated in the Construction Documents shall commence June 27, 2022 and be completed by August 5, 2022.
