Brief description of the work Replacement of the operating lamps in 10 operating rooms and 1 cesarean section, including control of the lamps and addition of services for the integration of a video system. Modification and addition of service arms. TENDERS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A TENDING SECURITY ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: In an amount equivalent to a percentage of the tender price and in the form determined below: - A tender bond issued by a surety and established at amount of ten percent (10%) of the price of the tender, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders. Only contractors having a business office in Quebec (NB when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, add the following text: "or in a province or territory covered by this agreement") and holding the required license are eligible to bid. under the Building Act. A contractor holding a restricted license issued by the Regie du batiment du Quebec or registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) and whose period of ineligibility for public contracts has not ended, is not eligible to submit a bid; these two cases of inadmissibility also apply to the tenderer's subcontractors. Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender; and must inform them of the conditions they intend to impose on them and ensure that they hold the required permits and licenses.
