This equipment will reduce the risk of collisions with handling equipment in the warehouse. 2 - CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA The tender must be presented by a firm having an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable public procurement agreements where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal business hours. The firm must not be registered in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) or if it is registered there, its period of ineligibility for public contracts must have ended.
