Reference number : 1610848 Review Title : Reconstruction of interior spaces and replacement of windows for the St-Élie-De-Caxton citizen's house Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-10 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of St-Élie-de-Caxton is requesting bids for the project to rebuild the interior spaces and replace the windows at the Maison du Citoyen in St-Élie-de-Caxton, at 52 Chemin des loisirs. The plans, specifications and tender documents will be available on electronic tender system from June 01, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender bond representing 10% of the total value of the tender (value of the contract) and made out to the order of the Municipality of St-Élie-de-Caxton . This bid security may be provided in the form of a bond or certified check and must be valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of bids. When the contract is signed, the bid bond must be replaced by performance bonds and bonds for wages, materials and services, each equal to 50% of the contract price (in the form of bonds or certified cheque). The general contractor's license and proof of liability insurance must be provided with the bid. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tenders. The client does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
