The University of Mississippi is seeking bids for Hazardous Chemical Waste disposal services for July 1, 2022 to June 30,2023. Services will include acceptance of pre-packaged bulk drums and may include onsite lab packing as necessary. If your organization offers any additional services, such as gas cylinder disposal or handling potentially explosive materials, please indicate those services and costs on additional sheets. Please indicate maximum fill volumes and/or weights for lab-pack containers, halogenated solvent ranges, and any other specifics that you wish to be considered when the bids are read. This contract may be renewed yearly, not to exceed 60 months, as long as both parties are in agreemnt and the total contract (lifetime) amount does not exceed $250,000. Any inquiries or requests regarding this procurement should be submitted, in writing, to Rachel Bost, Director of Procurement Services at rbost@olemiss.edu no later than June 8, 2022 by 10:00 AM CT. Be sure to include Bid File #1047 - Hazardous Chemical Waste Removal in the subject line of the email. If deemed appropriate and necessary, UM will prepare written responses to questions submitted and make them available to all Offerors by Addendum posted on The University of Mississippi Procurement services website at http://procurement.olemiss.edu/bid-file/. The questions and answers will be made part of the RFB and may become part of the contract with the successful Contractor. Offerors may contact ONLY Rachel Bost regarding this procurement.
