The project is located in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County, PA. Bidding Documents including plans and specifications are available during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.) at the offices of Gwin, Dobson & Foreman, Inc., 3121 Fairway Drive, Altoona, PA, 16602 (phone: 814-943-5214, fax: 814-943-8494, email: akordish@ gdfengineers.com). A certified check or bid bond payable to or naming as obligee Jefferson County Fair Authority in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must be deposited with the proposal. Bidders must submit with their bids the Non-Collusion Affidavit contained in the contract documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to execute the Agreement and to furnish and pay for performance and payment bonds, each of said bonds to be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, all in the respective forms provided in the Bidding Documents.
