Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Tulsa Work on this project includes removing and disposing of flowlines, concrete, gravel, debris, and tanks, closing pits, removing tank battery pads, dispersing weathered hydrocarbons, excavating and land applying hydrocarbons, applying soil amendments, constructing a pond, waterway, and diversion terraces, applying rip-rap, grading, sodding, and planting. The estimated cost is over $50,000. The OERB is no longer sending hard copies of the scopes of work or bid forms. All contractors must submit an online application prior to bidding on OERB projects. Visit OERBs website to register. Once registered, contractors will be able to view this documentation. Contact the OERB at 405-942-5323 if you have any questions or problems registering. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form included in the Bid Documents and in strict compliance with instructions on the form. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. A contract must be executed within twenty (20) days following the award to the successful bidder
