Include planning, permitting, design, technology, and construction services associated with the upgrade. The improvements at the plant include, but are not limited to, the repair, replacement, installation or retrofitting of piping systems, building structures, process machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment, and process control instrumentation. Any request for clarification to, or relief from, the specifications, must be submitted in writing to the attention of the assigned Buyer at the Purchasing Department’s office no later than seven (7) business days prior to the Due Date. Five years (from contract execution expected to be July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2026 The City may, without prejudice to or waiver of any other right or remedy available to it, terminate or suspend this Agreement, in whole or in part, either immediately upon receipt of such notice by the Contractor or upon written notice to the Contractor seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such termination or suspension for an "Event of Default" as defined hereunder. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
