The Selected Consultant Shall Work With The City Of Newburgh Stakeholder Group To Develop Concept Plans And Final Designs For The Purposes Of Construction Of The Memorial Park And Reinterment Area Within A Pre-determined Area Of Downing Park. This Document Solicits Requests For Proposals (RFP) To Design A Memorial Area In Downing Park, City Of Newburgh, New York. The Landscape Architect Selected For The Project Will Be Required To Be Licensed And Currently Registered In The State Of New York. The Selected Consultant Will Be Required To Subcontract With A Land Surveyor That Is Licensed And Currently Registered In The State Of New York.
