The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove all existing
flooring (approx. 7,000 SF of some original tile overlaid w/rolled linoleum on concrete). Repair and level the sub-flooring, abate all
asbestos tiles, demo and abate casework and install a new floor system. Paint walls and non-acoustic tile ceilings (approximately 20,500
SF).
All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and sow/specifications contained in this document.
