Site work for a municipal facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Requesting bids for the replacement of various sections of existing cedar fencing at the downtown campus in Appleton. Outagamie County is seeking bids from qualified contractors to replace existing cedar fence for various locations at and around our downtown campus located at 320 S Walnut Street, Appleton, WI 54911. Reference the "Fence Location Map" showing five different sections of fencing in red. Contractors shall provide separate pricing for each of the five areas shown on the map. Outagamie County reserves the right to not award all locations shown. We also reserve the right to award different locations to different contractors. Contractor shall demo and site clear existing fence and then install new fencing in the same location. All new fencing shall meet the following specifications: A PO will be issued by end of day June 17th. Failure to achieve final completion by September 29, 2022 will result in a $50 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty.
