The Boone County Fiscal Court is requesting proposals from firms/contractors for the Lassing Pointe Golf Course Bunker Renovation Phase 1 project located at the Lassing Pointe Golf Course, 2266 Double Eagle Drive, Union, KY, 41091. Question Submission Deadline:June 16, 2022, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline:June 17, 2022, 5:00pm This Golf Course Project will consist of stripping sod and deposing of debris related to existing bunker sites or other designated areas, reshaping the areas (some by the use of fill material found on site) into subtle shaped features, constructing fifteen (15) bunkers, sodding the designated areas, installation of related drain pipe, drop inlets and connection boxes (tying new drainage pipe to existing drain pipe), and all other items indicated on the Project Design Drawings and in the attached Specifications. If a proposal is selected, and the County and Offeror choose to move forward with a contract, the offeror will be responsible for providing a Performance Bond of 100% of the awarded proposal amount. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or to accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such proposal may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price.
