Without being limited to it, the work consists of upgrading the aeration system, i.e. the replacement of the three existing blowers with new equipment with variable speed drives, the supply and installation of fine bubble diffusers in the ponds as well as as the installation of a new above-ground main ventilation duct. The work also includes the supply and installation of a screen in the tank and a compactor-scrubber, upgrading of the mechanical ventilation in the bar screen room, upgrading of the coagulant tank retention basin and a new electrical entrance. All including the dismantling work, the usual mechanical equipment (piping, valve, pressure gauge, pressure sensor, check valve, etc.), control panels and electrical and control connections. Only bidders having a place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by a public procurement liberalization agreement concluded with Quebec, and who have obtained in their name, the documents of call for tenders.
