Those Bidders that elect to submit bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code and in accordance with Section 153.54 (C) of the Ohio Revised Code. COPIES OF SECTION 153.011 OF THE (OHIO) REVISED CODE CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE OFFICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES. Additionally, CONTRACTOR compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Washington County as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Labor and Worker Safety - Wage and Hour. This procurement is subject to the EPA policy of encouraging the participation of small business in rural areas (SBRAs). The ENGINEER's estimate for this project is $520,000 The Highland Ridge Water Association reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities. The Highland Ridge Water Association reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or times and/or award the bid to the lowest and best bidder.
