Renovation of a mixed-use development in Goodyear, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 68,500-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.
The project consists of pre-construction services and ultimately construction management services for an approximately 68,500 SF existing two-story Maricopa County Southeast Juvenile Courts Building. The project will consist of renovating the existing building for its intended use. The scope will include pre-construction and construction services. The selected firm will begin in an agency support role for the pre-construction services and will, at some point prior to construction, assume the risk of delivering the project through a guaranteed maximum price contract.
