Q and a open: August 5, 2022 1:45:00 PM Q and a close: August 10, 2022 1:45:00 PM Scope or Contract Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor. materials, tools, equipment, facilities, supervision, management, financing, services, shop drawings, submittals. testing, and other items necessary for the proper execution and functioning and shall make all installations and connections necessary, specified, customary, or otherwise appropriate to perform fully and to complete in every respect the contract work generally described as follows: (Specification or drawing references included In the following statement of Subcontract work are applicable but not necessarily all inclusive Sanchez Multi-Service Center- 1616 Caffin: HVAC Repair. 1. Multi-purpose area. a. HVAC Repair. - Room is hot. - RTU6. 1. Compressor has failed. b. Investigate/Repair/Replace. - REPLACE (2) FAILED COMPRESSORS ON RTU 6 CIRCUIT #1 Electrical Lock out-tag out Evacuate Circuit #1 Refrigerant Disconnect compressor ' s electrical connections Remove Failed Compressors Supply and install new compressors Re-connect electrical connections Pull vacuum through system to eliminate any residual atmospheric air or moisture Charge system with the recovered refrigerant Perform system start up per manufactures specifications Remove and dispose of any trash and for debris caused by this repair Circuit #2. There is a refrigerant leak within the system. Find and repair leak. - Start and test HVAC system. - HVAC to be fully functioning before leaving Remove all construction debris and dispose off site. Repair any damage caused to site during work performed. All materials, equipment, supplies, fasteners, and other items required to perform work tasks lo be supplied and installed by contractor. AU trash and debris to be removed by contractor and hauled off. Do not use City dumpster. Clean area when work is complete. Area lo be ready for business use when finished. If any equipment is found to be defective ii is to be Identified to owner for approval of repair/replacement. All material shall conform la the latest issue of all applicable standards established by NEMA, and underwriters laboratories, inc. and shall bear manufacturer ' s trade and brand name. All work shall be installed and completed with the latest rules and regulations or the ASME, NFPA,NEC and all State and local codes and standards and such work nol so Installed shall be removed and reinstalled at the Contractor' s expense. Warranties on all furnished equipment and industry standards on parts and labor., all manufacturers warranties should apply. Personal Protective Equipment to bo worn at all times and a safe working environment is to be maintained
