River Drive in the Village of Ilion. The site is currently accessible to all bidders. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Proposals can be submitted digitally to the Village Clerk MariJo Rice at marijo@ilionny.com or may be submitted hardcopy on the forms provided by the Village. The VILLAGE OF ILION (the Village) will receive sealed bids for: Steele Creek Floodplain and Stream Restoration Guide Rail Installation Ilion, New York Bids will be received at the office of the Village Clerk, 49 Morgan St. Ilion, NY 13357. All bidders will receive a bid tabulation within 24 hours. Hardcopy bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "SEALED BID-Village of Ilion Steele Creek Guide Rail". The Contractor will be required to pay wages to laborers and mechanics at least equal to the wage rates as determined by NYS Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate (PRC) 2022005410.
