Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rainelle, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Rainelle located in Greenbrier County, West Virginia is in the process of obtaining the services of a consulting engineer to assist in bidding and awarding contracts for its generator projects. The Town will install generators at its water treatment plant, Lilly Park Sub-Station and Police Department/Town Hall. Professional services will include (1) prepare preliminary cost estimates; (2) prepare bid specifications and bid documents; and (2) evaluate bids received and make recommendation of award. All consultants interested in being considered for this project must submit a proposal detailing qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, related prior experience and a not-to-exceed quote for services. The purpose of the competitive process is to objectively select the consultant who will provide the highest quality of service at a realistic fee. Accordingly, technical qualifications and experience will be weighed heavily. As of July 1, 2022, the due date has been confirmed with the owner.
