There are 5 housing models and the work consists of stripping the existing shingle roofs and replacement with new membrane and new shingle. Also to be planned for work on the various accessories of the roofs The contractor must supply all tools, equipment, labor and services required for the complete performance of the work described in this section and/or shown on the drawings, so that the completed works fulfill perfectly the purposes for which they are intended.
