The Lapeer City Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or errors in the bidding process, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the city, including bids that are not for the lowest amount. The city will first give all due consideration to bids from Contractors that are familiar with the city’s infrastructure & park system, experienced with the city’s standards and overall city project process, and that are local to the Greater Lapeer Region.
