HVAC Installation & Repair, Boiler Welding, Boiler & Pipe Repair, Oil Burner Installation & Repair The District will receive bids at the Katonah-Lewisboro School District Office, 60 North Salem Road, Cross River, NY 10518 and at the date and time referenced above, any and all such bids that have been received in accordance with the terms hereof will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders are encouraged to attend to ensure their full understanding of the bid requirements. Bidders must use all forms as specified in the bid documents. Bids must be clearly marked in a sealed envelope referencing bid number, bid name, opening date, opening time and contractor name. The District will not open or consider any bid unless it is received at the District Office no later than. Bidders are solely responsible for the arrival of each bid package at the place of bid opening by the appointed time regardless of means of delivery. The Board of Education will not be responsible for the premature opening of any bid that has not been marked and received according to above guidelines. Bids opened prior to 12:00 pm Thursday, June 16, 2022 are invalid. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the District reserves the right to reject bids that contain omissions, exceptions, modifications or in their sole discretion to waive any informalities in the bids or to reject all bids, or to accept any bid which in the opinion of the Board of Education will be in their best interest.
