PC / Leeper Joint Venture is accepting applications for subcontractor prequalification for the Mallard Creek WRF Phase 1 Improvements Early Work Package 2. Electrical Description: In general the scope of work consists of the supply and installation of all electrical components for the new influent pump station for the MCWRF Phase 1 project. The work specifically includes but is not limited to, a new 14.8 MGD ADF influent pump station which has a new electrical and control room including 4000 Amp switchgear, VFDs, and electrical equipment. 2 new 3,000 KVA sized substations will be located adjacent to the pump station structure. Work includes construction in an active wastewater treatment facility and maintenance of operations will be required for this scope of work. Coordination will also be required with other packages for this pump station. HVAC/Plumbing Description: In general the scope of work consists of the supply and installation of the HVAC and plumbing components for the new influent pump station for the MCWRF Phase 1 project. The work specifically includes but not limited to new air handling units, new supply and exhaust fans, new ductwork, electric heaters, refrigerant and condensate piping, HVAC controls, hot water heaters, floor drains, domestic water piping, and sanitary sewer piping. Coordination will also be required with other packages for this pump station. Influent Pump Station & Yard Piping Description: In general this scope of work consists of construction of a new 14.8 MGD ADF raw sewer influent pump station. Work includes but is not limited to; support of excavation, excavation and backfill, concrete, masonry, misc. metals, waterproofing, painting, architectural finishes, process pipe and equipment installation (including installation of pre-purchased equipment). Work will be coordinated with other projects and packages on-site including the "Early Work Package #1" which provides initial site excavation and prep in this area.
