Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
**NOTE: If you bid this project during the DD phase, you still need to examine the final CDs and send in an updated number. Some changes have been made since the DD drawings. Also, if you have work in both the new gathering hall as well as the community center deferred maintenance, we need you to separate those 2 numbers. They are being handled as 2 different projects and are being funded separately.** Project consists of: renovations to the existing Whitehaven Community Center along with the addition of a new gathering hall and the associated support spaces. Renovations include demolition, interior renovations, and re-roof; new construction includes site work and all associated trades for a new code-compliant steel-framed 1-story habitable space.
