No other visit will be made and bidders may not, under any circumstances, present themselves on site at any time other than the date and time set for the site visit. Bidders are responsible for informing themselves and adequately assessing the nature and scope of the work, as well as being aware of the locations and conditions affecting the performance of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted or accepted. OBTAINING DOCUMENTS: The tenderer must obtain the tender documents through the tender display system. The owner does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
