Question Acceptance Deadline 06/14/2022 04:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The project limits extend along 16th Street from 7th Avenue to 11th Avenue, including the intersections at 8th Avenue, 9th Avenue, and 10th Avenue. Conceptual design work has already been completed, which resulted in the selection of a preferred design concept to carry forward to final design. Based on the design and initial survey, the City of Greeley (City) does not anticipate right-of-way acquisition, though temporary easements may be needed. The preferred design concept is presented in Figure 1. It is the intent of the City to have construction complete by end of 2024. Although the CDOT project delivery schedule does not require plans until the FOR, the Professional should plan for a schedule as indicated in this RFQ for City review. As of February 9, 2024, project is included in the FY2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan. A design team is unknown at this time.
