Site work and renovation of a civil project in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to provide: First, create a working computer model after a thorough review of part of the City's sanitary sewer collection system and lift station's current operating capacities. (See attached exhibits.) Second, once the City's current infrastructure is modeled and evaluated, create a second working model reflecting a future fully developed drainage basin. Use this future model to provide a priority list of what improvements will be necessary to service a fully developed drainage basin. Note the following process: o Collect existing GIS data to begin constructing a base map. o Survey MWC treatment staff concerning the collection system. o Survey MWC line maintenance staff concerning the collection system. o Survey MWC engineering staff concerning the collection system. o Field verify key components of the existing collection system. o Build a working model of the existing system. o Provide a full report of the existing system's operations. o Analyze and provide location of assets reaching capacity limits. o Prioritize these critical locations for capacity upgrades. o Create a second model the impact of fully developed assessment area on the collection system. o Provide a full report of the existing system's operations under this scenario. o Analyze and provide location of assets reaching capacity limits under this scenario. o Prioritize these critical locations for capacity upgrades under this scenario. o Provide summaries and full reports of all of the modeled data The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
