This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ"), issued by the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario - Ottawa Children's Treatment Centre ("CHEO"), is seeking a contractor to build-out of a purpose-built medication room and clean storage room, as well as modifications to an existing intake office. This scope of work focuses on the build-out of a purpose-built medication room and clean storage room, as well as modifications to an existing intake office. Work will be done initially concurrent to other works, depending on actual contractor start date availability, with a completion goal of July 31, 2022; work will occur in an occupied, working patient care environment effective July 1, 2022, requiring the contractor to implement and follow all required infection prevention and control (IPAC) measures, as well as active security procedures and pandemic related policies.
