The Project includes the following Work: The milling, repaving, and full-depth repairs on various streets within Goshen Township. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the website Electronically. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. The project will be awarded contingent upon OPWC approval which is expected on or around July 1, 2022. Work may not begin until after this date. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Substantial Completion Date: November 4, 2022 Final Completion Date: November 18, 2022 Engineer's Estimate: $1,064,119.00 for the base bid and $1,487,879.00 for the base plus alternates
