Request for Proposals for Masonry Construction of 16" Masonry Retaining Walls and Brick Paver Stage at the City of Conway Amphitheater (The Terrace) located at the Rear of 196 Laurel Street. Conway, SC All work must be completed within 45 days of contract award. 1. 16" Masonry retaining walls along around the entire amphitheater a. 8"X16" CMU block filled w/3000 psi concrete on top of previously poured footer 2. Standard masonry brick to be laid and attached to CMU block with brick ties a. Brick sample will be provided during mandatory site visit 3. 1" electrical conduit to be installed for the purpose of lamp post a. Locations of stub out to be determined at site visit 4. Top of retaining wall to allow for 12" landscaping area 5. 12'6" steps to be installed in accordance with current building code 6. Seating area will be stepped up with grade. One row of brick will be placed to allow for grading. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
