The firms determined to be the most qualified under this RFQ will be offered master services agreements to perform specific drainage system modeling or master planning professional services on a as needed basis. o Developing new EPA SWMM models, XPSWMM models, HEC-RAS models or convert and expand existing SSWMM models to meet City's current design and procedure manual standards o Conduct topographic survey to develop hydraulic models o Using the hydraulic models, identify existing hydraulic and operational deficiencies within both collection systems based on 10- and 100-year storm criteria on both existing and projected "build-out" land use o Identify improvement alternatives to meet Council adopted levels of service o Provide a "recommended plan" of hydraulic and operational improvements, along with delivery costs and recommended timelines o Providing hydrology and hydraulic modeling training tailored to the needs of internal City staff with emphasis on EPA SWMM, XPSWMM, SSWMM, and HEC-RAS modeling software.
