The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") to provide Consultant Services for the Riverside Transmission Reliability Project ("RTRP" or "Project"). The City Council voted on May 10, 2022 to authorize funds for a study to evaluate the technical requirements, environmental considerations, cost estimates, timeline impacts, and feasibility associated with constructing the portion of RTRP not in the City of Jurupa Valley by methods of underground construction including entire length of this new 230 kV transmission connection within the City.
