This is an Invitation to Bid for the Bussman Hall IT Renovation Project. This project requires license B - General Contractors License. Vendor is responsible for downloading all applicable documents included in this bid event. The estimated budget for this project is $340,000.00 dollars. This is a Formal Bid advertised in the Press Democrat on June 2, 2022 and June 9, 2022. If an addendum is required it will be issued no later than June 28, 2022. Bid responses are due by 1PM on July 7, 2022. Once the deadline has passed the electronic bid system will not allow late submissions. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor's responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed. Time of completion for this project is 180 (One Hundred Eighty) days and Liquidated damages are $500 per day. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Bidder's Bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California as a surety, made payable to the District, in an amount not less than ten percent of the maximum amount of the bid must be attached to the vendor's response.
