Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

There are approximately twelve (12) sections of residential (local) streets identified in this project for rehabilitation, as well as approximately 7,500 square feet of miscellaneous sidewalk replacement along major streets in the city. The City desires to complete as many of these street as possible with the funds allocated for this project. The scope of work varies for each street and includes cold-milling and resurfacing, full depth HMA pavement replacement, and HMA base crushing and shaping. Curb and gutter repairs are also included. The City reserves the right to award any combination of streets. All items identified on the bid form (all streets and the miscellaneous/as-directed section) must be quoted in order for the bid to be considered responsive. The entire project will be awarded as one contract. The project is anticipated to be awarded on July 13, 2022 with substantial completion by October 28, 2022. Bidding Documents will be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The City of Grand Blanc reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Grand Blanc.
