Bidders for the 2022 Bituminous Paving proposal must be PennDot prequalified and must apply proof of prequalification. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township. Eldred Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
