The purpose of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids for the procurement of Modular Homes for the Village of Ruidoso (Village). The Village is seeking bids for the construction, delivery, and installation of approximately 200 modular housing units over the period of 5 years. The Modular Homes Supplier should provide a company portfolio, layouts, pricing, and delivery schedules. The purpose of the Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids for the procurement of Modular Homes for the Village of Ruidoso (Village). The Village is conducting a multi-award ITB for Modular Homes. It is anticipated that the awards under this ITB will result in a Contract that will be for an initial term of one (1) year with an option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year terms. The awards shall be made to the responsible offerors whose bids are the most advantageous to the Village. It is the responsibility of the bidder to see that the bid arrives on time. Note: The Village of Ruidoso is a rural community; therefore, we caution the use of over-night delivery. It is recommended to verify delivery prior to deadline. Some of the delivery services do not guarantee overnight priority delivery to the Village of Ruidoso
