The City of Pomona is seeking bids for Pedestrian Countdown Module, in accordance with the Scope of Service or Specifications. Project must be delivered to City within four (4) months from purchase order issuance Pre-Bid Meeting No Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 06/16/2022 3:00 PM (PDT) All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted through website prior to the due date and time for questions published in the 'Schedule of Events'. Bidders must be listed on the city of Pomona's "prospective bidders list" on website in order to participate in this bid. If bidders fail to register with website prior to submitting a response, the city shall immediately reject any response you submit in reference to this solicitation. Per Section 2-971(2) of the Pomona City Code, any unauthorized contact by the Bidder during the bid process with an official or city employee, other than those shown on the bid, the Finance Director or Purchasing Manager, shall cause the Bidder to be immediately disqualified from participating in the bidding process.
