The purpose of this Notice Inviting Bids is to establish a list of three on-call Contractors with relevant and verifiable experience in well and pump repair and rehabilitation projects for public agencies. Each Contractor on the list shall be required to respond to well and pump repair and rehabilitation Work offered to them by LBWD within 24 hours after notice by LBWD and mobilize and commence Work within 7 business days after acceptance of the offer. Bid Documents include a sample project Bid Schedule, however, it includes quantities that are estimated only and are solely for the purpose of facilitating the comparison of bids, and that the Contractor's compensation will be computed upon the basis of the actual quantities in the completed Work. Questions must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. Questions shall be submitted to Wendy Chen at cendy.chen@lbwater.org and include the subject line "On-Call Construction Services for Wells/Pumps Repair & Rehabilitation: Question".
