The Housing Authority of Tuscaloosa (THA) hereby requests written quotations from qualified firms to provide window glass replacement services. The Tuscaloosa Housing Authority's current inventory of units is defined below: Location # of units Type of window AL077-002 McKenzie Annex 30 Aluminum insulated McKenzie Court Harris Glynn Center - 2700 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 AL077-006 Hay Court Apts. 186 Aluminum non-insulated Hay Court Office - 4420 21St. Street, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 AL077-009 Crescent East Apts. 182 Aluminum non-insulated Crescent East Apartments Office - 5041 1st Street East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404 AL077-010 Branscomb Apts. 97 Aluminum non-insulated Branscomb Apartments Office - 570 60th Street, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405 The Tuscaloosa Housing Authority is seeking window glass replacement services on an "As Needed" basis during normal business hours. See attachment "A" for directions on providing a price quote. Parties interested in viewing the apartment sites may contact the Property Manager at each site. The services to be provided under this agreement shall be for one (1) year from the effective date in the "Notice to Proceed". The successful firm or individual shall complete the services required under this contract within the time schedule established in the "Notice to Proceed" issued by the THA. The agreement shall be renewable for an additional term at the discretion of the THA. All questions must be submitted in writing (email) to the Authority by 5:00PM (CST) on June 14, 2022.
