Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ) is open to all contractors who wish to be pre-qualified as general contractors eligible to bid on the Proposed Works. Only those Respondents, qualified by Clearview Township as Selected Respondents, will be permitted to submit bids for the Proposed Works. For the purposes of this letter, the anticipated total construction cost for the Klondike Park Road Pumping Station and Reservoir is approximately CAD $30,000,000 and therefore the letter must confirm bonding facility in the amount of CAD $45,000,000.
