NOTICE TO BIDDERS Pursuant to resolution adopted by the Town Board, The Town of Babylon, Commissioner of General Services, Division of Purchasing will receive sealed proposals for: BID NO. 22G50, WEST LIDO PROMENADE & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE I . NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Do not remove any pages, all bids are to be submitted intact. For information call (631) 957-3025. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidding and contract documents may be examined at the Town's bid website.Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond made payable to the Town of Babylon, in the amount of, five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. NOTE: AN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM APPROVED BY THE NYS DEPT. OF LABOR IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROJECTS IN EXCESS OF $250,000.00. THIS REQUIREMENT APPLIES TO ALL PRIME CONTRACTS AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE SUB-CONTRACTS, REGARDLESS OF THE SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT, FOR ALL TRADES NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE WORK. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT, MAY BE CAUSE FOR YOUR BID TO BE REJECTED. FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY DOCUMENATION AT THE TIME OF THE BID SUBMISSION, WILL BE CAUSE FOR YOUR BID TO BE REJECTED.
