INTRODUCTION By way of this Request for Proposal, the Long Beach Unified School District (District or LBUSD) is seeking proposals from contractors qualified and experienced in providing Asbestos Abatement Services. The Intent of this RFP process is to select the most responsive and responsible Bidder by Price and selected Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to conduct and complete Asbestos Abatement Services for Herrera Elementary School Building C per the attached Scope of Work and follow the additional guidelines per detailed scope of work documents.
