The successful bidder will be notified as soon as practicable by letter and the bidder must be prepared to enter a contract to furnish the required materials or services. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any or all informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Answers to questions and requests for clarifications will be compiled and posted as an addendum on the County's website no later than June 14, 2022, 4:30 PM Washington County Buildings & Grounds is seeking a qualified contractor to carry out the scope of work provided below: Provide labor and materials to replace 405 existing 2'x4' lights with LED style. (Lithonia CPX-2x4-ALO8SWW7-M2, or equivalent) All work to be completed on 2nd shift, ideally between 4:30 PM 12:30 AM Reuse existing wiring and connections Reuse existing fixture support wires Turn over existing fixtures to owner for disposal A pdf of the original lighting plan accompanies this RFB
