Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Edward, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The successful bidder will be notified as soon as practicable by letter and the bidder must be prepared to enter a contract to furnish the required materials or services. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any or all informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Questions and requests for clarifications should be submitted via email to procurement@washingtoncountyny.gov no later than June 10, 2022. Answers to questions and requests for clarifications will be compiled and posted as an addendum on the County's website no later than June 14, 2022, 4:30 PM Washington County Buildings & Grounds is seeking a qualified contractor to carry out the scope of work provided below: Provide labor and materials to replace 405 existing 2'x4' lights with LED style. (Lithonia CPX-2x4-ALO8SWW7-M2, or equivalent) All work to be completed on 2nd shift, ideally between 4:30 PM 12:30 AM Reuse existing wiring and connections Reuse existing fixture support wires Turn over existing fixtures to owner for disposal A pdf of the original lighting plan accompanies this RFB
