Removal and disposal of existing wood deck and concrete pavers from roof. 3. Installation of new metal flashings around perimeter of all roofs. 4. Removal and replacement of entire cap sheet in area designated as Roof B on drawings. a. Includes flashing into existing rooftop equipment, fans, vents, drains, etc. b. Includes removal and reinstatement of metal siding at penthouse to accommodate flashings at penthouse perimeter. 5. Isolated repairs to base sheet in area designated as Roof B on drawings.
