Board of Education of Lyons Elementary School District 103 is requesting proposals ("RFP") from energy service companies ("ESCO") to provide guaranteed energy savings--performance contracting ("GESC") services to the District. Directions for Submission: The directions for the RFP submission are detailed in the RFP. The Board of Education of Lyons Elementary School District No. 103 selects ESCOs to provide professional services to the District on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications, and in accordance with state law, the School Energy Conservation and Savings Measures, 105 ILCS 5/ Art. 19b. The Board of Education for Lyons Elementary District 103, Cook County, Illinois is soliciting proposals from qualified energy service companies ("ESCO's") to become the District's guaranteed energy savings-performance contractor ("GESC") and provision to the District an agreed upon master plan for comprehensive infrastructure, energy-related capital improvements with guaranteed energy savings resulting in overall improvements to indoor air quality of District's facilities. The selection process shall be conducted in accordance with 105 ILCS 5/ School Code, Sec. 19b - School Energy Conservation and Savings Measures.
