The start of work is scheduled for September 6, 2022 and will end on November 18, 2022. The work includes, but is not limited to, the modification of a curtain wall and the addition of an access ramp. The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the price proposed in his Bid. If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution which must comply with the provisions of the bid bond model reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form; an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution, which must comply with the requirements of the Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee model reproduced in appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form. If the Bid is transmitted on paper, the bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution which must comply with the provisions of the bid bond model reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form; a certified cheque, money order or bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC BODY; an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution which must comply with the requirements of the model Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee reproduced in appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form.
