Renovation of a municipal facility in Lykens, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Lykens Borough is accepted sealed bid for Labor and materials to install a 50 mil Duro-Last Roof in compliance with specifications of Duro-Last Roofing, Inc. at our Borough Building located at 200 Main Street, Lykens Pa. 17048. All existing Duro-Last Roofing will need to be removed down to iso board and eps. Iso board and eps will remain in place and act as underlayment for the new Duro-Last roof. All necessary stack flashing, wall flashing, curb flashings, vents, scuppers, down spouting and metal edging will need to be furnished and installed. There will need to be a warranty supplied by Duro-Last Roofing Inc. in place. Lykens Borough reserves the right to accepted or reject any or all bids.
