Renovation of a mixed-use development in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The District requires a General Construction contractor to perform minor construction projects on school building components, furniture and equipment. Work may include minor carpentry type modifications, drywall installation / modifications, hole coring / cutting to accommodate ducts /louvers, other small general contracting duties.
