Provision of Corrective Maintenance and Rewinding Services for Electrical Motors All questions relating to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to purchasing@alexrenew.com. For a question to be considered, the subject line of the email must state the following: ITB No. 22- 009 Questions. Questions should be succinct and must include the submitter's name, title, company name, company address, and telephone number. Prior to the award of a contract resulting from this solicitation, bidders are prohibited from contacting AlexRenew staff other than the Purchasing Agent. No questions will be considered if they are submitted after June 28, 2022, at 5:00 PM. This Agreement is effective and legally binding as of the Effective Date and, unless terminated as provided for in this Article, shall continue to be effective and legally binding for a period of two (2) years ("Initial Agreement Term"), subject to any modifications as provided in the Agreement. AlexRenew, in its sole discretion, may extend this Agreement for up to six (6) additional one (1) year periods (each a "Renewal Agreement Term"), following the expiration of the Initial Agreement Term. AlexRenew will issue a written notification to the Contractor starting the extension period ninety (90) days prior to expiration of any current term. In addition, performance of Task Orders issued during any term of this Agreement may survive the expiration of such term of this Agreement, in which case all contractual terms and conditions required for the operation of such Task Order shall remain in full force and effect until all of Contractor's obligations pursuant to such Task Order have met AlexRenew's acceptance criteria. AlexRenew reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the procedure.
